Richard Hammond has bought a £2million bachelor mansion following the breakdown of his marriage.
The former Top Gear host, 56, bought the six-bedroom Georgian manor house in Wales for less than the asking price of £2.25million.
Complete with a tennis court, wine cellar, conservatory, lake and outbuildings to store cars, the property was reportedly bought with cash.
It comes as Mr Hammond reflected during an exclusive Daily Mail interview in September on his 'year from hell', including the 'devastating' collapse of his 23-year marriage to ex-wife Mindy.
The couple, who had been together for 28 years, said in a January 2025 statement they had an 'amazing' relationship with 'two incredible daughters', adding they would 'always be in each other's lives and are proud of the family we created'.
His divorce came soon after the end of The Grand Tour, the Amazon show he hosted with former Top Gear colleagues Jeremy Clarkson and James May, and the death of his father Alan, who was 80.
Mr Hammond had shared the sprawling Grade II-listed Bollitree Castle in Herefordshire with Mindy and spent time in a rented countryside farmhouse after his divorce.
Worth some £7million, the former couple bought the castle in 2008 and Mr Hammond spent 15 years restoring a listed granary barn on the grounds into his dream 'clubhouse'.

Mr Hammond reportedly converted a barn at his former home into a 'clubhouse'
But The Sun reported he has bought the Welsh home, which also features a sweeping staircase and electric stairlift, for £1.99million.
The paper reported that there was scaffolding at his new property with builders' vans going in and out, part of renovation and repair work.
Meanwhile neighbours were impressed at their high-profile residents.
One said: 'It's great having a celebrity face in town.'
'I've seen him in Waitrose a couple of times and he seems to be settling into life very happily.'
There were claims Mr Hammond's family were increasingly exasperated with his extensive travel and risky stunts on The Grand Tour, while Mindy previously branded the presenter a 'nine-year-old boy'.
He suffered an accident while filming The Grand Tour in Switzerland when the car he was driving crashed and repeatedly flipped over.
The £2million Rimac supercar caught fire moments after he managed to escape.
The presenter was in a coma for two weeks following the accident, but made a full recovery.
In 2006 he suffered life-threatening head injuries and was also in a coma following a high-speed crash while filming Top Gear.
His ex-wife Mindy said during a joint appearance on This Morning: 'I did say three strikes and you're out. You've had two goes.'
'He has one of these every ten years so I've marked the next one in my diary.'
Mr Hammond's spokeswoman declined to comment on The Sun's report.
