The Grammy winner also gave to Feeding America and the American Heart Association.
On Tuesday, Dec. 23, MusiCares thanked the 36-year-old pop star via social media for making a "generous donation" to their organization on her behalf.
"A real legacy to leave: @MusiCares is thrilled to share that we've received a generous donation from @taylorswift, which will help support our vital programs, resources, & financial assistance for the music community in need," the non-profit captioned an Instagram post.
The single photo upload read "Thank you Taylor Swift," in an animated image designed like her beloved friendship bracelets.
"It takes a village to bring the music fans love to life, and Taylor's donation helps ensure that all music professionals, across genres and professions, don't have to choose between a life in music and life-sustaining care," the post continued.
MusiCares provides crisis relief, preventive care, recovery resources, and need-based financial assistance for people across all music professions, according to their website.
"Thank you Taylor for supporting our mission! We protect the family," the company concluded, adding a sweet nod to her song "Father Figure."
On Tuesday alone, Swift -- who reportedly reached billionaire status in April 2024 -- made over $2 million in donations to various charities, including MusiCares.
PEOPLE confirmed that the "Love Story" singer, who is engaged to Travis Kelce, donated $1 million to the American Heart Association in honor of her dad Scott Swift, 73.
Her donation to the organization was likely inspired by the quintuple bypass surgery her father underwent earlier this year.
A press release stated that her donation "will help to advance ongoing scientific research, stronger prevention and treatment efforts, and expanded access to life‑saving care for every community."
Nancy Brown, chief executive officer of the American Heart Association, added, "Her commitment to supporting her father will make so many others aware of the need to take their own heart health seriously, strengthen prevention efforts, and improve controllable risk factors -- ultimately helping more people live longer, healthier lives."
But MusiCares and the American Heart Association aren't the only places Taylor donated to this week.
The 14-time Grammy winner also donated $1 million to Feeding America ahead of the holidays.
"We're grateful to @taylorswift for standing with families facing hunger. Her generosity reminds us what's possible when we come together to help ensure full tables this holiday season and beyond," the organization confirmed in an Instagram post on Tuesday.
