Several attendees spotted Holmes fondling Robach's rear end in full view of the crowd at Manhattan's prestigious Paley Center For Media during a tourism event for the Caribbean island of Nevison.
'They were talking to someone and TJ was just putting his hand down her pants,' an insider revealed to the Daily Mail.
'From the top of her shorts, he was sliding his hand down to physically feel her butt,' the source added. 'I saw him try to slide into her shorts. It felt super inappropriate to do right there in front of everyone.'
